Product Description
AD Star block bottom valve bag is a new and innovative packaging bag, the Ad*Star sack concept is a patented, renowned single-layer plastic sack, made without adhesives from coated woven polypropylene fabric. Mainly used for the auto-filling of powder products.

For automatic filing machines , the bags must keep To be smooth and unfolded , so We have the following packing term , please check according To your filling machines .
1) Bales : 20'FCL load about 11 tons 40'HQ load about 26tons
2) pallets : 20'FCL load 20 pallets about 9 tons 40'HQ load 60 pallets about 22 tons
3) Packing term as customized,such as cases , planks ,etc.
Because this bags have no strictly plat requirement , so I suggest you should choose the economical bales packing term To decrease your cost .
Payment Term :
We would like to find the payment terms acceptable for both side.
1. 100% irrevocable L/C at sight
2. 30% deposit by T/T, the balance paid against copy B/L
3. for regular client, we have better payment terms.
Design & Printing:
We adopt gravure printing or flexible printing to display your great design!
1. Please offer me your logo design files (AI. or CDR. format ) To confirm the printing plates.
2. we use eco-friendly printing ink, which could be used in food packages.
3. usually 4 to 5 printing cylinders are enough to treat all beautiful photos, special ones will need 7-10 colors.
4. according to the pp woven bag size, US$100 more or less printing plate charge for each color.
Samples:
- Free samples: We will choose similar bags as samples and send them.To you in three days according To your bag specifications and your requirements, which will be gotten from our recently production lines . We confirm the bag type and quality are same with your requirements , but the size or fabric color or weight or printing isnternational yours .
- Charged samples : Acoording To our storage fabric , We will produce bags with your bag size and logo printing as per as your requirements . But samples fee must be 100% prepaid , We will return you the sample fee after you make the mass order. Because To make sample order is same complex To make mass order , and with more waste materials and time , so We must keep you value our works To put sample customized orders carefully. Sample free from 500$/ type To 3000$/type.
