YEAR 2001 in Shijiazhuang, the capital city of Hebei Province, we established our first factory,
spanning over 30,000 square meters and employing more than 300 skilled workers.
YEAR 2011 our second factory, Shengshijintang Packaging Co., Ltd., was inaugurated,
occupying over 45,000 square meters with a workforce of about 300 employees.
YEAR 2017 our third factory, another branch of Shengshijintang Packaging Co., Ltd., was launched,
covering an expansive 85,000 square meters with about 300 employees.

1) Bales: A 20'FCL efficiently accommodates approximately 11 tons, while a 40'HQ can hold an impressive 26 tons, providing you with outstanding storage capacity.
2) Pallets: A 20'FCL can adeptly carry 20 pallets, totaling roughly 9 tons. In comparison, a 40'HQ can transport 60 pallets, amounting to an efficient 22 tons.
3) Customized Packing: We also specialize in offering bespoke packing solutions, including cases, planks, and more, tailored to perfectly suit your unique requirements.
Given that these bags do not demand stringent flatness, we highly recommend opting for the cost-effective bales packing option to significantly reduce your expenses.
Payment Terms:
At Shijiazhuang Boda Plastic Chemical Co., Ltd., we strive to establish mutually agreeable payment terms that cater to your convenience and benefit both parties.
1. 100% irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
2. 30% deposit by T/T, with the remaining balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
3. For our esteemed regular clients, we offer even more favorable and flexible payment terms.
Design & Printing:
We bring your extraordinary designs to life using advanced gravure or flexible printing techniques!
1. Kindly provide your logo design files in AI or CDR format to finalize the printing plates.
2. We employ eco-friendly printing ink, ensuring it is perfectly safe for food packaging.
3. Typically, 4 to 5 printing cylinders are sufficient for vibrant images; however, special designs may require 7-10 colors.
4. Depending on the size of the PP woven bag, there is an approximate charge of US$100 per color for printing plates.
