Block bottom valve bags uses PP base and BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film. This waterproof polyethylene film is biaxially stretched for exceptional strength, ensuring your products are protected during shipping and storage. This kind bag is extremely durable, and can also be printed with high-resolution graphics.
PP Woven Square Block Bottom Bag uses a new and innovative packaging technology, without any adhesives or stitching, just through hot air welding, the tubular woven fabric can become a finished bag within several minutes.
The step of the bag processing begins from a coated pp woven fabric, and then, cutting, folding the bottom, welding with layers, bag finishing, totally by one machine, AD* STARKON.
