Bopp Bags are woven laminated bags made from Polypropylene and provide excellent printing and graphics to be printed on them.
These are available in a wide range of standard and custom designs and sizes. BOPP bag has different layers in the bag and they are also known as Multi layer bag, PP woven fabric is one of the layer in the bag, Firstly we prepare a multi colored BOPP films through engraved cylinders and Rotogravures reverse printing technology. Then it is laminated with PP woven fabrics and finally the cutting and stitching is done as per the requirements.

An average single-layer PP Block Bottom Valve Bag that holds 50kg of content weights only 70g - a weight reduction of more than 55% compared to a 3-ply paper bag of the same size.

The Block Bottom Valve Bag uses nanoneedle which has 64 holes per 1 cm² for air permeation. The bag after filling with 50kg cement drops from 1m high for 8 times, only lose 20g. For automatic filing machines , the bags must keep To be smooth and unfolded , so We have the following packing term , please check according To your filling machines .
