BOPP Laminated PP Woven Bag
BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) is a water-resistant poly film that has been stretched in both directions to deliver superior durability.
Once this film is laminated to a woven polypropylene fabric, these bags are both durable and able to be printed with high resolution graphics.
These are available in a wide range of standard and custom designs and sizes. BOPP bag has different layers in the bag and they are also known as Multi layer bag, PP woven fabric is one of the layer in the bag, Firstly we prepare a multi colored BOPP films through engraved cylinders and Rotogravures reverse printing technology. Then it is laminated with PP woven fabrics and finally the cutting and stitching is done as per the requirements.
Specs of BOPP laminated woven polypropylene bag:
1. Width range from 14″ to 24″ (360 mm to 600 mm)
2. Outer layer: BOPP film with up to 8 colors (full colors) printing capability
3. Middle layer: PE coating 0.8 mil to 1.2 mil thickness
4. Inner layer: PP woven fabric, 10×10 weave, and 800 to 1000 denier
5. Printed on one side, two sides, and/or gussets
6. Construction features include gussets or nongussets, valve, E-Z open, and tape seal.

Can I get one sample? Should I pay for it?
None customized Sample is free of charge(It is sure we will offer you similar sample in size, weight for your evaluation); you only have to bear the mailing cost. Customized Sample will require a cylinder engraving cost, which would be refunded along with bulk order.
What is your average delivery time?
2 days for none-customized samples, and 15-30 days for customized bulk order.
Can I appoint the color or have my own logo in the product?
OEM & ODM are welcomed.
How is your quality control?
We have dedicated QC & QA department to follow all aspect in the production process. And have 15 control points and 5 critical control stage to make sure the products meet customer's requirements.
What are the payment terms?
1. 100% irrevocable L/C
2. 30% deposit by T/T, the balance paid against scan of B/L
