AD*STAR® is the well-known sack concept for cement - in use worldwide, patented internationally, and produced exclusively on Starlinger machines. The brick-shaped PP woven sacks, produced without adhesives by heat-welding of the coating on the fabrics, were developed with automated filling and landing processes in mind. As a result of the material characteristics and the special production process, the weight of an average 50 kg AD*STAR® cement sack can be as low as 75 grams. A comparable 3-layer paper bag will weigh about 180 grams, and a PE-film bag 150 grams. An economical use of raw material not only helps minimize cost but is also a valuable contribution to preserving our environment.

For automatic filing machines , the bags must keep To be smooth and unfolded , so We have the following packing term , please check according To your filling machines .
1) Bales : 20'FCL load about 11 tons 40'HQ load about 26tons.
2) pallets : 20'FCL load 20 pallets about 9 tons 40'HQ load 60 pallets about 22 tons.
3) Packing term as customized,such as cases , planks ,etc.
Because this bags have no strictly plat requirement , so I suggest you should choose the economical bales packing term to decrease your cost .
Shipping time:
20-30 days for the first container after prepayment or receiving L/C

1. 100% irrevocable L/C at sight
2. 30% deposit by T/T, the balance paid against copy B/L.

Design & Printing:
We adopt gravure printing or flexible printing to perfect display your great design!
1. Please offer me your logo design files (AI. or CDR. format ) To confirm the printing plates.
2. we use eco-friendly printing ink, which could use in food packages.
3. usually 4 to 5 printing cylinders are enough to treat all beautiful photos, special will need 7-10 colors.
4. according to the pp woven bag size, US$100 more or less printing plate charge for each color.
Samples:
1. Free samples: We will choose similar bag samples sent To you in three days according To your bag specifications and your requirements, which will be obtained from our recent production lines. We confirm the bag type and quality are the same as your requirements, but the size fabric color weight, or printing internationally is yours.
2. Charged samples: According to our storage fabric, We will produce bags with your bag size and logo printing as per as your requirements. But the sample fee must be 100% prepaid, We will return you the sample fee after you make the mass order. Because making a sample order is same complex as making a mass order, and with more waste materials and time , We must keep you value our work To put sample customized orders carefully. Sample free from 500$/ type To 3000$/type.
