BOPP Laminated PP Woven Bag
BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) is a water-resistant poly film that has been stretched in both directions to deliver superior durability.
Once this film is laminated to a woven polypropylene fabric, these bags are both durable and able to be printed with high resolution graphics.
With this feature: a very robust bag with the option to have full color printing on the body, and excellent protection from moisture and challenging environmental circumstances. The bags are widely used for pet food, cat litter, rock salt, fertilizers, stock feeds, resins, grass seed, birdseed, and building materials.
Micro perforation or ventilation hole can be added to aid any breathing if required by the product in which the bag is being filled. That's why more and more customers would like to use the BOPP bags with ventilation holes to pack potatoes, onions or garlic etc.

1. Bales packing : free of charge , workable for semi-automatization filing machines , workers hands are needed when packing cement .
2. Wooden pallets : 25$/set, common packing term , convenient To loading by forklift and could keep the bags flat , workable forcompleted automatic filing machines To large production , but loading few than bales , so higher transportation cost than bales packing .
3. Cases : 40$/set, workable for packages , which has highest requirement for flat , packing the least quantity in all packing terms , with the highest cost in transportation .
4. double planks: workable for railway transportation , could add more bags , reducing empty space , but it is dangerous for workers when loading and unloading by forklift , please consider second .

Can I get one sample? Should I pay for it?
No customized Sample is free of charge(It is sure we will offer you a similar sample in size, and weight for your evaluation); you only have to bear the mailing cost. Customized Samples will require a cylinder engraving cost, which would be refunded along with bulk orders.
What is your average delivery time?
2 days for non-customized samples, and 15-30 days for customized bulk orders.
Can I appoint the color or have my logo in the product?
OEM & ODM are welcomed.
How is your quality control?
We have a dedicated QC & QA department to follow all aspects in the production process. And have 15 control points and 5 critical control stages to make sure the products meet customer's requirements.
What are the payment terms?
1. 100% irrevocable L/C
2. 30% deposit by T/T, the balance paid against a scan of B/L
3. For regular clients, we have better payment terms.
